Congratulations to the new Norwegian Forest Cat Breed Committee!!!

The International Cat Association (TICA) Norwegian Forest Cat Breed Section is comprised of breeders and fanciers whose main goals are the promotion and preservation of the Norwegian Forest Cat.

The responsibility of this breed section is to promote the Norwegian Forest Cat by providing education and guidance to breeders, fanciers, clubs, and judges associated with TICA.

The major focus of this group is the preservation of the Norwegian Forest Cat with emphasis placed upon maintaining vigor and exceptional temperament while maintaining type in accordance with the TICA Norwegian Forest Cat Breed Standard.
